The life cycle of a woman includes several changes from time to time, among which the biggest of all is the occurrence of the menstrual cycle or vaginal bleeding. Even though both are considered a sign of puberty, for some, the situation is not the same. In medical terms, the failure to mensurate and no vaginal bleeding is known as amenorrhea.
