Al-rabah (Al-Zuraika) animal Homeland Rabah (Zariqa ) is one of the small mammals that belong to the Zabidae family, and there are more than 34 species of it. It is known as ” Common gene ”, and it is also known in Yemen and southern Saudi Arabia as ” Pepsi ”.While it was found throughout the African continent, it was also introduced to southern Europe and the Arabian Peninsula in Yemen, Oman, and southern Saudi Arabia . They were introduced around 700 AD for reasons believed to be pest control or as pets .
