Y-LEAD is an innovative, participatory program designed to empower Egyptian youth from diverse sectors, aligning with the New Republic's vision and Egypt's 2030 strategy by expanding their horizons, elevating their skills, and equipping them to become active, impactful citizens. Delivered through the Center for Development Services—a dynamic Egyptian organization specializing in project development with cutting-edge approaches to technical and financial support across health, agriculture, education, environment, microfinance, capacity building, institutional development, urban growth, and IT—and in partnership with CRISP, a Berlin-based international NGO renowned for long-term projects, advanced training, and simulation-based workshops that foster civic education, capacity building, and trust among diverse communities via informal learning.
