QBO and IIF formats are different: QBO (Web Connect) is to import bank transactions, and IIF is a lot of 'low level' import permitting to make numerous transactions between QuickBooks accounts. You can import iif files into QuickBooks by converting the file in excel and then import it. Or you can use Dancing Numbers which allows you to instantly import iif file into QuickBooks.
