Elora Priyadarsini Jena is the Founder & CEO of Elora's PMU & Korean Esthetics, one of India's fastest-growing luxury beauty and aesthetics brands. Born and raised in a small town in Odisha, she pursued a master's degree before relocating to Pune to launch her professional career. Over 15 years in the IT industry including tenures with Big 4 firms and a promotion to the London office gave her a strong global perspective and an eye for precision. A health challenge eventually brought her back to India, where it became the catalyst for reinvention. Determined to bridge the gap between international beauty standards and Indian consumers, Elora earned more than 20 certifications in Permanent Makeup (PMU) and Aesthetics from leading institutions in London, Korea, and the United States. She founded Elora's PMU & Korean Esthetics in November 2023, with a mission to bring precision, innovation, and safety to aesthetic treatments in India. Starting from a flagship salon in Chandigarh, the brand has expanded to Delhi and Pune within two years, establishing itself as a trusted name in high-end aesthetics. As Founder & CEO, Elora shapes the brand's strategic direction, ensures every treatment is personalized and evidence-based, and actively mentors the next generation of PMU artists to international professional standards. Her journey from Odisha to London and back is the foundation of a brand built on authenticity, resilience, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence.
